Eye care Tips

1. First of all take enough sleep

2. Eat nutritional fruits like carrot, mangoes, papaya etc.

3. Drink sufficient water ( approximately 12 glasses a day )

4. Use sunglasses during hot afternoon, direct sunlight is harmful for your eyes

5. Wash your eyes when you come out from dusty environment

6. Reduce your computer brightness if you are sitting for a long time, between period of time take your attention to far objects

7. Put slices of Cucumber or Potato to avoid dark circles, Keep your eyes cool

8. Don't wear contact lenses for long time
